We like to think that Ferns Country Store is an ever-evolving labor of love. We're constantly looking to improve our services, add products, change things that need changing, update systems, yadda, yadda, yadda. But before we make any changes we ponder. We watch traffic flow, monitor what sells and what doesn't, check out other country stores, talk with our vendors, get customer feedback and so on.

Above all else, we've discovered that our customers aren't shy about speaking up! And that's a good thing. We're quite sure folks don't go into Stop & Shop or Roche Brothers and say "You know what you ought to do...." Which means that our customers like to think of Ferns as their little store.
